Design short, intensive, industry-focused training programs to address skill gaps in Sydney and across Australia.
Provide upskilling opportunities and supporting job placements throughout the ANZ region.
Creating pathways for current mechanics to gain expertise in Electric and Hybrid Vehicle technology.
International & Domestic Students who have successfully completed Automotive courses under the current RTO system often lack the practical experience needed to secure employment in their chosen trade.
AVM bridges this gap by providing comprehensive training and hands-on experience. Our team of highly qualified and dedicated trainers delivers intensive training to enhance students’ employability and prepare them for the workforce.
Our trainers bring over 80 years of combined
expertise to the program, ensuring
high-quality instruction and guidance.
Employers are welcome to visit the
training site to evaluate the students
first hand.
To earn the certificate of attainment,
students must successfully pass all
assessments.
Students can be employed at a minimum wage per
hour ( Automotive Industry) or according to the ployer’s
Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
Key components of the Mechanical program
are also repeated weekly across 10 weeks
to reinforce learning and skill development.
Each module of the Panel Beating program
is repeated weekly, allowing students to
practice each module 10 times for mastery.
Employers are under no
obligation to sponsor students
after training.
Students will be assessed on their completed
modules every 3-4 weeks, ensuring consistent
progress and understanding.
